What we collect
For candidates we collect the information submitted in the registration form: name, date of birth, country and city, contact details, work profile, language levels, European preferences and, optionally, a CV. We do not request passport or banking information at registration.
Why we process it
Candidate information is processed for employment-matching purposes on the basis of the consent given during registration. Employer information is processed to manage workforce requests and the business relationship.
Who can see your data
Candidate profiles are never publicly accessible. They are accessible to authorised GoWorkEurope staff, and relevant details may be shared with verified employers or recruitment partners for a specific opportunity.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your profile at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent removes your profile from future matching.
Fees
GoWorkEurope does not charge workers recruitment or placement fees. Never pay anyone claiming to sell you a job or visa through GoWorkEurope.
GoWorkEurope facilitates workforce sourcing and employment matching. Registration does not constitute an employment offer and does not guarantee employment, visa issuance or work-permit approval. Employment and immigration procedures are subject to employer requirements and applicable laws in the destination country.
